What is the estimated time for delivery?
Orders can be shipped from various locations. If the item is in stock in one our local warehouses then the order will ship from the UK. If it is not in stock in our UK warehouses then it will ship directly from our warehouse in Humen, China.
If you select Air Mail as your shipping method, delivery will be between 2-6 weeks. If you select Express as your shipping method, delivery will be within 5-10 business days.

When will the order be shipped?
The packages are shipped within 48 business hours of placing your order. This means that should you place your order on a weekend or mail holiday, your order would not ship out until the next business day.

Please contact us for modification before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot modify it.

This package will be returned and we will refund you when we receive the returned package.

No, you don’t need charged extra for shipping backordered items.
How do I place an order ?
Ordering with Shelloworld is now easier than ever before! Simply browse the website and find the items you are interested in. Once you’ve found an item you would like to purchase, select the size, color, and quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. The item will then be stored in your shopping cart and you can either check out from there or continue shopping and add more items. In your shopping cart you will be able to easily adjust quantities or delete any items prior to checking out.
